I love to work with the whole person, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I have worked with hundreds of one on one clients within my practice in Grand Island, Nebraska over the last 13 years.

On a daily basis I help clients with weight loss, mindset shifts, and help them to implement healthy habits into their lifestyle. I love seeing clients be able to gain control over their lives, feel empowered and move into action. It motivates me as I am someone that struggled with my weight and self-care for half of my life.
